Lead School Priority Implementation

Mount Waverley Secondary College is seeking a skilled Leading Teacher to oversee the implementation of key school priorities.

As a strategic leader, you will be responsible for driving initiatives that enhance student learning growth and support teachers in their professional development.

  • Develop and execute strategies to lead and manage significant areas or functions within the school.
  • Provide coaching, modelling, and collaboration to support colleagues in achieving key performance indicators.
  • Contribute to policy development and implementation relating to teaching and learning.

  • Expert knowledge of relevant curriculum frameworks.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage priority implementation.
  • Demonstrated capacity to support teacher evaluation and impact assessment.
