Tech Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Implementation Specialist to join our organization. This key role is responsible for the successful planning, execution, and implementation of various streams across multiple cutover events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute the implementation of new technologies and systems
- Manage stakeholders and communicate effectively to ensure smooth project delivery
- Develop and implement change management processes to minimize disruption to business operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technical issues
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience as an Implementation Manager or in a similar role
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders
- Strong understanding of IT service management principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in banking/financial sector
- Familiarity with ServiceNow tool
- Knowledge of Change, Release & Service Management processes
