About the Role

We are seeking a professional to join our Implementation Team as an Implementation Specialist.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work closely with colleagues across various departments to understand partner schools' objectives and implement solutions to achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with colleagues to understand partner schools' objectives and implement solutions
  • Respond to queries from key contacts at schools to provide a seamless onboarding experience
  • Diagnose and resolve complex queries from key contacts at schools
  • Recognise patterns in queries and leverage them into insights and proactive resolution to issues
