About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll and Systems Manager/HR Admin to join our team at Recruitly. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for overseeing the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, and providing general HR support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Payroll Management: Oversee the fortnightly payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely processing of new starter information, leave entitlements, expenses, and any anomalies.
  • Payroll Queries and Discrepancies: Manage payroll-related queries and discrepancies, providing timely and effective resolutions.
  • Compliance and Legislation: Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and internal policies, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of payroll regulations.
  • Payroll Reporting: Prepare and analyze payroll reports, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements.
  • HRIS and Payroll Portal Management: Maintain the HRIS (bob) and payroll portal (SyncEzy), ensuring data accuracy and system efficiency.
  • Time Recording and Training: Support project teams with the management of Clockify (time recording) and train staff on systems use, ensuring seamless adoption.
  • HR Admin Support: Provide general HR admin support to the People & Culture Manager, including contract preparation, remuneration review emails, template creation, HRIS updates, and other tasks as required.
  • New Hire Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding, orientation, and training of new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • HR Policy Development: Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Employee Engagement: Contribute to employee engagement and culture initiatives, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Payroll and Systems Manager/HR Admin who can start as soon as possible. Ideally, you will have combined experience in payroll processes and HR administration, including:

  • Payroll management and processing
  • HRIS management and payroll portal administration
  • Contract preparation and remuneration review emails
  • New hire onboarding and training
  • HR policy development and implementation
