We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll and Systems Manager to join our team at Recruitly. As a key member of our People and Culture team, you will be responsible for overseeing all payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate sharing of information for the fortnightly outsourced payroll.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure payroll requests are processed accurately and in a timely manner for the fortnightly outsourced payroll.
  • Manage payroll-related queries and discrepancies.
  • Ensure compliance with legislation and internal policies.
  • Prepare payroll reports.
  • Maintain the HRIS (bob) and payroll portal (Sync Ezy).
  • Support the projects team with the management of Clockify (time recording).
  • Train and support staff on systems use.
  • Provide administrative support to the People and Culture team, including documentation, reporting, and data management.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Support employee engagement and culture initiatives.
  • Assist with the onboarding, orientation, and training of new hires.

Requirements:

  • Solid experience in the management of payroll and payroll processes, including managing payroll cycles and addressing payroll-related issues.
  • Experience in HR systems management (e.g. bob, Sync Ezy or similar).
  • Experience/qualifications in HR or Accounting will be highly regarded.
