Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for crafting personalized customer journeys that engage customers throughout their lifecycle. This involves blending technical expertise with marketing strategy to deliver meaningful and measurable results.

The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and delivering data-driven customer journeys that increase engagement, retention, and lifetime value. They will also have hands-on expertise with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and data extensions.

The role requires strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills are also essential, as the successful candidate will need to influence and educate stakeholders across the organization.

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to create seamless customer experiences

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align lifecycle marketing with business objectives

  • Design and implement automated multi-step journeys to drive engagement and retention

  • Conduct analysis and make recommendations to improve existing processes and procedures

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

At least 5 years' experience in CRM, marketing automation, or lifecycle marketing

Hands-on expertise with Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Strong understanding of customer lifecycle strategies

Proven ability to design and implement automated multi-step journeys

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
