Job Opportunity

Award-winning, Australian firm with approximately 1000 employees seeks an experienced professional to join their growing sustainability team.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a range of clients and initiatives under the umbrella of sustainability. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering Infrastructure Sustainability ratings and working closely with design teams to embed sustainability into design processes.

You will have the opportunity to broaden your existing skills through exposure to a diverse range of projects, services, and clients. Additionally, you will be able to contribute to the growth and development of the sustainability team, working closely with a highly regarded leader from within the industry.

  • Deliver Infrastructure Sustainability ratings and specific credits.
  • Work with design teams to embed sustainability into design processes.
  • Broaden your existing skills through exposure to a diverse range of projects, services, and clients.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the sustainability team.

The ideal candidate will have relevant engineering or science qualifications and experience working in a fee-for-service consulting firm. A passion for sustainability lifecycle assessments, climate change mitigation and adaptation, energy efficiency, decarbonisation, and social impact/outcomes is also essential.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to pick up and run with exciting projects as the lead sustainability representative on the east coast. With support from team members and the team lead, you will have the freedom to shape and grow the capabilities of the sustainability team.
