Job Description

The role involves leading and delivering sustainability consulting services for a wide range of building projects. This includes overseeing the preparation of reports, conducting life-cycle analysis, energy, thermal, daylight and carbon modelling, and undertaking NCC Section J compliance reviews.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Sustainable Design or related discipline, with 5-10 years' experience in ESD consulting. They will also have excellent project management and leadership capabilities, strong written and verbal communication skills, and accreditations in Green Star, NABERS, WELL, Climate Active or similar.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and deliver sustainability consulting services for building projects.
  • Oversee report preparation and conduct technical analyses.
  • Undertake NCC Section J compliance reviews and support project documentation.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about sustainability, have excellent problem-solving skills, and be able to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Sustainable Design or related discipline.
  • 5-10 years' experience in ESD consulting.
  • RPEQ or willingness to obtain.
  • Accreditations in Green Star, NABERS, WELL, Climate Active or similar.
