Senior Sustainability Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sustainability Engineer to lead our sustainability initiatives and shape meaningful outcomes for clients.
- Lead and deliver sustainability consulting services for a wide range of building projects
- Oversee preparation of reports including Green Star, WELL, NABERS, NatHERS and Climate Active submissions
- Conduct life-cycle analysis, energy, thermal, daylight and carbon modelling
- Undertake NCC Section J compliance reviews and support project documentation
- Collaborate with industry bodies, councils and accreditation authorities
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Sustainable Design or related discipline
- 5-10 years' experience in ESD consulting with at least 4 years in Australia
- RPEQ or willingness to obtain, with experience certifying sustainability work
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including report writing
- Excellent project management and leadership capabilities

SkillsAccreditations in Green Star, NABERS, WELL, Climate Active or similar are preferred, as well as technical expertise in building physics and sustainable design principles.
Experience with thermal/energy modelling software and sustainability frameworks (e.g. ISC, ESG, GRI) is also beneficial.
