As a Lifestyle Assistant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents through social, lifestyle, and wellbeing services.
- Encourage resident choice and participation in activities
- Assist in designing and delivering group and individual lifestyle services
- Implement innovative events and activities for residents
- Provide direct resident care during activities such as bus trips and meals service
Our ideal candidate has a kind heart, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for providing care to the elderly. They must hold a Certificate III or IV in Leisure and Health or Individual Support, along with excellent teamwork and time management skills.
