You will also be expected to take on a leadership role, mentoring and guiding the care team to ensure the delivery of exceptional care.

Person SpecificationQualificationsCandidates for the Senior Care Assistant role should have previous experience in a similar role, as well as a compassionate and empathetic approach to care.
A growth mindset and a commitment to continuous learning and development are also essential.
