As a Lifestyle Officer, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents. We are seeking an individual who is passionate about creating engaging activities that promote connection, fun and relaxation.
The successful candidate will have a Diploma or Certificate IV in Leisure and Health (or willing to obtain), initiative and creative flair, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work as part of a team and prioritize tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement onsite activities such as bingo, floor bowls, craft and special events.
- Plan and coordinate social, recreational and cultural activities.
- Support residents on bus trips and community outings.
- Encourage resident participation and offer warm companionship.
Our ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a flexible approach to work.
