Product Visionary Role

We are seeking a product visionary to lead the development of AI-powered identity and access foundations. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deliver cutting-edge technology that shapes the future of secure banking.

The successful candidate will have experience in product ownership, AI, and security, as well as strong collaboration and communication skills. They will be able to engage and influence diverse stakeholders, navigating complex perspectives and priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs
  • Partner with engineering, security, risk, and compliance teams to deliver secure and scalable identity solutions
  • Champion modern engineering practices and DevSecOps to support agile, high-quality delivery
  • Manage the product lifecycle from discovery through to scaled adoption, balancing delivery pace with quality and resilience
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner in technology delivery teams, ideally in identity, security, or AI domains
  • Strong knowledge of authentication and authorization protocols such as OAuth2, OIDC, and SAML, along with service identity frameworks like SPIFFE/SPIRE
  • Practical experience working with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and enterprise identity providers (Microsoft Entra ID, Ping Identity)
  • Experience engaging with security, risk, or compliance stakeholders
  • Strong working knowledge of agile delivery methods and backlog tools such as Jira
