Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Product Specialist. This individual will play a pivotal role in developing and delivering innovative products that meet the needs of our agent partners.

  • Develop and maintain competitive custom packages with value adds, ensuring innovation and market competitiveness.
  • Build and load custom packages across booking and website platforms.
  • Support product management by updating website content, managing rules, and setting up promotions.
  • Plan, execute, and manage promotional campaigns with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Manage design assets and image library.
  • Manage promotional allocations and groups.
About You:

To be successful in this role, you will require a minimum 3 years experience in a senior product or supply role within the travel industry. Experience working towards and achieving targets and KPI's in the cruise/travel sector is also essential.

  • Excellent attention to detail, good problem-solving skills, and ability to work well under pressure.
