About this opportunity

We are seeking an experienced innovation professional to drive the commercialisation process and develop innovative thinking across a range of products.

About the role

This is a newly created role with management potential, requiring a well-rounded individual with expertise in product development and strategic thinking. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in product development, as well as the ability to engage in commercial conversations with retailers and suppliers.

  • You'll partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop and launch new products, ensuring they meet commercial return on investment targets.
  • Initially standalone, this role has potential for growth and leadership opportunities within the innovation function.
  • You'll gain real-time exposure to the commercial side of the business, working closely with major customers and retailers to drive sales and revenue growth.

  • Expertise in product development, including formulation, packaging, and manufacturing.
  • Strong commercial knowledge, including market trends, competitor analysis, and pricing strategies.
