About this role

As a Product Innovation Manager, you will lead the development of a critical product stream, driving its execution and impact as we rapidly scale.

This is a unique opportunity to build and deliver projects that redefine business banking. You will be deeply embedded with engineering and design, translating complex technical challenges into simple, elegant products for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Vision & Strategy – Own the product roadmap for your dedicated product stream, ensuring alignment with our broader strategic plan and commercial goals.
  • Product Delivery & Execution – Drive the end-to-end execution of your product roadmap, from initial discovery and technical validation through to launch and post-launch iteration.
  • Product Leadership – Mentor and guide other product managers through your expertise in product craft, acting as a role model for execution and raising the bar for the entire team.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of successfully shipping complex products in a high-growth, innovative environment.
  • Strong experience in technical delivery and a history of working in the weeds with engineering teams to deploy innovative solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience working at a scale-up, thriving in a hands-on role that requires both strategic thinking and tactical execution.
