Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Programmatic Marketing Manager to join our B2C Marketing Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing programmatic marketing campaigns that drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management: Develop and manage programmatic marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including display, video, and audio.
  • Intl Growth Teams Collaboration: Collaborate with international growth marketing teams to develop and execute programmatic brand efforts.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide timely and accurate weekly reports on campaign performance to the team and stakeholders.
  • Subject-Matter Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest programmatic marketing trends and best practices, and share knowledge with the team.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and growth, to drive business growth and customer engagement.

Requirements

  • Experience: At least 6+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on programmatic marketing.
  • Knowledge: Deep knowledge of the digital landscape, including channels, platforms, and digital environments.
  • International Experience: Experience working on international marketing campaigns and stakeholders in performance marketing.
  • Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work with complex cross-functional teams and agencies to build integrated campaigns.
  • Adtech/ Data Experience: Experience working with adtech and data teams to prioritize platform and measurement needs.
  • Brand Measurement: Strong understanding of brand measurement tools and how to measure and optimize campaigns.
