
Office Accommodation Manager

We are seeking an experienced Accommodation Manager to lead our team in administering office accommodation related policies and procedures.
This role involves delivering office accommodation activities, projects and services including lease management, capital and minor works related office fit-outs and refurbishments, office relocations, maintenance, and coordination of site services throughout Queensland.
- Lead a team to administer departmental policies and procedures for managing and complying with legislation, policies, standards and frameworks.
- Deliver office accommodation activities, projects and services to ensure efficient and compliant office environments.
- Coordinate site services and manage relationships with service providers.
The Accommodation Manager will be responsible for:
- Managing and maintaining office accommodation across the state.
- Coordinating relocation activities and ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures for managing office accommodation.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A strong understanding of office accommodation policies and procedures.
