Staff Accommodation Property Manager

This position entails overseeing the management of staff accommodation properties and office facilities across the diocese.
- The role requires managing residential properties in various locations, including Thursday Island, Cooktown, Weipa, Dimbulah, Mareeba, Atherton, Ravenshoe, Babinda, Innisfail, Mossman, Herberton, and Cairns.
- Responsibilities include arranging and supervising maintenance and general upkeep of the staff accommodation portfolio.
- The position also involves managing the maintenance of CES offices, both owned and tenanted, on behalf of the organisation.
The ideal candidate will bring experience in residential property management and/or office facilities maintenance. However, the primary focus is on finding the right person for the role—so if you possess strengths in one area but not the other, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:- Arrange and supervise maintenance and general upkeep of the staff accommodation portfolio.
- Manage the maintenance of CES offices.
- Facilitate office furniture purchase and installation in CES tenancies and staff accommodation.
- Assist with implementing and maintaining the property management system.
- Confirm all work undertaken complies with relevant legislation and organisational guidelines.
