We're searching for a dynamic Accommodation Manager to take the lead at an iconic hotel in a historic regional town.

This role requires a hands-on leader who can balance day to day operations with strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to champion both guest satisfaction and commercial outcomes.

Key responsibilities:

You'll be managing a well-known property in the local community, overseeing day to day operations, leading a passionate team, and delivering memorable guest experiences.

The right applicant will have the following:

Demonstrated ability to drive top-line revenue and manage financial performance through effective budgeting, payroll oversight, and KPI monitoring.

Strong grasp of revenue management principles, including rate optimisation, inventory control, and channel performance.

Solid understanding of marketing principles, with experience collaborating with centralised digital teams to enhance visibility, execute local campaigns, and manage OTA, GDS, and direct channel listings.

Experienced in PMS systems and OTA platforms, with a focus on managing guest feedback and online reputation.

Confidence when managing guest experience across the full journey, from check-in to post-stay feedback.

Proven ability to lead, coach, and mentor small teams, with a hands-on leadership style and a passion for development.

A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong strategic thinking and the ability to plan ahead.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Passionate about hospitality with a positive, hands-on approach.
