The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering office accommodation activities, projects, and services across various locations in Queensland.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of Accommodation Officers to administer policies and procedures for managing office accommodation related legislation.
- Deliver office accommodation activities, projects, and services including lease management, capital works, and maintenance at CBD and regional locations throughout Queensland.
- Coordinate site services and manage relationships with service providers to ensure compliant and efficient office environments.
- Travel to regional centres and offices, requiring occasional overnight stays.
- Be available for after-hours work during office relocations.
Applications remain current for 12 months.
