Job Overview

The primary objective of the Accommodation Manager is to oversee the administration of office accommodation policies and procedures.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of officers responsible for implementing departmental policies and procedures related to office accommodation.
  • Administer various activities, projects, and services including lease management, capital works, office relocations, maintenance, and site services at central business district and regional locations.
  • Coordinate travel to regional centres and offices as required, with occasional overnight stays, and be available for after-hours work during office relocations.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in leading a team in facilities/asset management or a related field.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
Work Location

Brisbane CBD with regular travel to regional centres.
