Key Responsibilities

As a Pastoral Practitioner, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing meaningful and relevant pastoral care services to individuals in our care
  • Engaging in effective communication and relationship management with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and reports to support service delivery and evaluation
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • One or more units of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) or equivalent
  • Relevant pastoral or theological study
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Understanding of pastoral and spiritual needs relating to those receiving services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
