Account Based Marketing Lead

We're seeking a skilled Account Based Marketing Lead to join our team at Education Perfect, an EdTech platform dedicated to empowering educators and enhancing student outcomes.
The successful candidate will lead the development and execution of targeted account-based marketing strategies, driving awareness, generating leads, and accelerating pipeline growth in ANZ. You'll craft and execute marketing plans, optimize campaign performance, and provide valuable insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement multi-channel ABM campaigns to drive interest and net new pipeline within key segments and accounts
- Collaborate with the broader marketing team to optimize campaigns for maximum performance and ROI, monitoring key metrics and providing regular reporting on campaign results and insights
- Deliver regional field marketing programs and events to generate demand and drive net new leads
- Stay up-to-date on emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, recommending new strategies and tactics to drive growth
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and consistent experiences
About You:
- You have 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing, including a strong track record in executing innovative marketing strategies
- You're skilled in developing and implementing multi-channel ABM plans to drive awareness, generate leads, and support sales efforts
- You're experienced in designing and optimizing marketing campaigns to maximize performance and ROI
- You're proficient in crafting targeted account-based marketing strategies to boost engagement and growth within key accounts
- You're adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing initiatives align with local market requirements
- You're up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, with a knack for recommending new strategies and tactics
