Speech Pathologist Role

  • Provide therapeutic services to cover various areas such as early intervention, paediatrics, adolescents, adults, dysphagia, communication difficulties and AAC.
  • Work closely with other professionals in a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes for our participants.

As a Speech Pathologist, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings including homes, childcare centres, schools and outreach locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage an allocated caseload and deliver timely therapeutic services.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to meet the unique needs of each participant.
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to meeting the needs of our participants.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Current registration with the relevant speech pathology association.
  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities and their families.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
