Behavioural Specialist - Therapeutic Support

We are seeking a Behavioural Specialist to deliver therapeutic support across various settings.

Main Responsibilities
  • To develop and implement evidence-based behaviour assessment, intervention, and support plans for individuals, families, and groups.
  • To build capacity and skills of clients, families, and support networks to promote inclusion and quality of life.
  • To work within established guidelines and frameworks, prioritising client needs and managing workload effectively.
  • To maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and colleagues, fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • To engage in ongoing professional development, ensuring adherence to best practices and measuring outcomes.
Key Requirements
  • A degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Psychology, or Behavioural Science.
  • At least 2 years of experience working within the sector, with current registration as a Behavioural Specialist under relevant accreditation.
