Therapeutic Support Specialist

We provide life-changing support to individuals of all ages and abilities, helping them achieve their goals.

Job Role:
  • Deliver therapeutic services to clients with varying needs and goals.
  • Provide early intervention and coaching for children aged 0-5 years.
  • Assess and implement supports for children (5-18) with literacy, social communication, speech, language, fluency, voice, feeding and AAC needs.
  • Work with adults on functional communication, speech, language, fluency, dysphagia and mealtime management, neurodegenerative diseases, stroke and acquired brain injury rehabilitation.
  • Support our large neurodivergent population with neuro-affirming practices.

Requirements:
  • Current registration as a Speech Pathologist.
  • Experience leading and supporting others.
  • A passion for collaborating in a team.
  • A desire to make a real difference within the community.
  • Experience delivering services under the NDIS.

As a Therapeutic Support Specialist, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team that provides quality support services around the needs and goals of our clients and their family.
