Senior Therapeutic Services Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Therapeutic Services Manager to join our multidisciplinary team. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality therapeutic services to individuals of all ages and abilities.
Our team is committed to delivering life-changing support that improves independence, access, development, health, and wellbeing for our participants.
Key Responsibilities- Manage an allocated caseload and deliver timely therapeutic services
- Provide supports in early intervention, paediatrics, adolescents, adults, dysphagia, communication difficulties, and AAC assessment and implementation
- Work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team, including Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists
- Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia as a Speech Pathologist
- Experience leading and supporting others
- A passion for collaborating in a multi-disciplinary team
- A desire to make a real difference within the community
- Experience delivering services under the NDIS
