We are seeking an experienced and dedicated care coordinator to join our therapeutic care team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of high-quality care that promotes the emotional, social and behavioural needs of vulnerable young people in our care.

This is a leadership role that requires strong supervision, support and development skills to lead our care coordination team. The Coordinator will work closely with other staff members to provide high-quality care and assist young people to heal from trauma and achieve their full potential.

Key Selection Criteria:
  • A tertiary qualification at Bachelor Degree level in social work, community services or relevant field
  • Proven skills and experience in developing behavioral management programs for children and adolescents with challenging behaviors
  • Ability to work collaboratively and constructively within teams and demonstrate initiative and effective personal judgment when working independently
  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge of the residential care field, particularly within a therapeutic environment
