Job Title:

Support Specialist

As a Support Specialist, you will provide continuous support to individuals with high medical needs in their daily lives. This role is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact and contribute to the well-being of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing assistance with personal care and daily living activities
  • Implementing positive behavior support strategies to promote client well-being
  • Maintaining accurate records through shift notes, incident reports, and data collection
  • Collaborating with team leaders to develop and review service plans
  • Building strong relationships with clients and adhering to NDIS codes of conduct

Requirements:

We are seeking candidates with a minimum Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care or higher. Relevant experience, particularly in mental health, problem-solving skills, and communication skills, is highly desirable.
