Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Personal Care Assistant to provide high-quality support to individuals with disabilities in their daily lives.

As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for assisting clients with personal care activities, transportation, and respite care while maintaining accurate records of client care plans.

  • Provide personalized support to clients in accordance with their needs and preferences.
  • Assist clients with daily living activities such as eating, dressing, bathing, and grooming.
  • Offer safe and reliable transportation services to clients.
  • Provide respite care to clients and their families, offering them a much-needed break.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of high school or equivalent qualification.
  • Certificate 2 or 4 in individual support, equivalent or higher.
  • Experience working with people with disabilities.
  • Strong understanding of the NDIS and its guidelines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
