Overview

We are looking for a Personal Assistant to join our Property Practice Group in Brisbane. You will support Partners and other allocated legal staff with administrative tasks.

  • assisting Partners and other allocated legal staff
  • major project support
  • matter management
  • preparation of correspondence and contracts
  • monthly billing using our file management system, Aderant
  • diary management, liaising with clients and general administration
Qualifications
  • Experience supporting a Partner or executive
  • Excellent grammar, spelling and attention to detail
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Experience using Aderant and iManage (or similar) is highly desirable but not essential
