Job Title: Site Manager

This role is focused on leading and developing a high-performing team culture within the concession pads. It involves delivering an exceptional customer experience by demonstrating sales skills, product knowledge, and building long-lasting relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a customer-centric culture and create memorable experiences for customers.
  • Empower the team through ongoing training, mentoring, and collaboration to drive engagement and performance.
  • Work closely with leadership to develop and implement effective strategies for growing the concession pad business.
  • Motivate the team to meet sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Manage operational excellence, rostering, and back-of-house administration processes efficiently.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Has experience in a similar role supervising teams of up to 5 staff members.
  • Is a self-motivated leader who can work independently and make decisions autonomously.
  • Is a supportive leader who can motivate and mentor a team to achieve success and exceed expectations.
  • Demonstrates commercial acumen and can contribute to driving sales, wage targets, and shrinkage KPIs.
  • Has an eye for detail, passion for styling, and visual merchandising expertise.
  • Has exposure to managing large stock volumes and stock management processes.
