We are seeking a skilled and professional receptionist to join our team at our dental clinic.
Key Responsibilities:- Welcome and assist patients with a warm and professional demeanor
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment book efficiently
- Handle patient records with accuracy and confidentiality
- Coordinate with the dental team to ensure seamless patient care
- Manage patient inquiries in person and over the phone
- Assist with dental procedures on an ad-hoc basis as needed
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Dental Assistant or Dental Receptionist
- Certificate III in Dental Assisting is advantageous
- Experience in D4W software and basic knowledge of Microsoft applications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Experience with file keeping and data entry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be proactive and highly organized. The role requires a high level of attention to detail, a strong work ethic and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
