We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our vibrant Front Office Team. As a key member of our expanding team, you will play a vital role in ensuring both our customers and staff are happy.

You will be responsible for welcoming guests to the hotel during check-in, check-out and throughout their stay with exceptional service. This includes assisting guests with requests and providing local knowledge to enhance their experience.

In addition, you will collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless guest experiences. Your high product and service knowledge will enable you to sell services and facilities to guests effectively.

Maintaining professional phone manner is essential, as is addressing customer complaints and issues with professionalism and care.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of RMS or similar PMS systems is necessary for this role.
  • Proficiency in software such as SiteMinder is also required.
  • Excellent time management skills are crucial for success in this position.
  • A professional phone manner is essential for communicating with guests and colleagues.
  • Microsoft programs including Outlook, Excel, and Word must be familiar to you.
  • Previous experience within an MLR property is not essential but desirable.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends, public holidays, and overnight shifts is expected.
