The Role:
You will play a key role in maintaining site safety while supporting day-to-day operations in a professional environment. You will be responsible for performing internal and external foot patrols, greeting visitors, providing assistance and managing front-desk responsibilities professionally.
- Perform internal and external foot patrols to ensure a safe and secure environment.
- Greet visitors, provide assistance and manage front-desk responsibilities professionally.
- Monitor access control and issue visitor passes.
- Respond to incidents and escalate as necessary, following protocols.
- Maintain logs and reports.
- Work collaboratively with management and other team members.
Required Skills:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Experience in concierge or mobile/rover patrol roles.
- Intermediate computer skills for reporting and access management.
- A professional, customer-focused attitude.
- Physically fit and alert with strong situational awareness.
- Ability to adapt between active security duties and front-of-house responsibilities.
