Senior Recruitment Consultant

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Red Earth Recruitment. As a Sales Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for building a desk within the Sales recruitment vertical, leveraging existing Professional Services Agreements (PSAs) and benefiting from significant marketing opportunities driven by a dedicated Sales & Marketing department.
About the Role:
- You will be responsible for cultivating long-term relationships with both candidates and clients, and for genuinely impacting lives by helping candidates land exciting sales opportunities and connecting clients with the perfect talent.
- You will have the opportunity to elevate your recruitment career, potentially moving into a Managing Consultant role, with a strong emphasis on improving both client and candidate experiences.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years+ Agency recruitment experience
- Sales recruitment experience preferred
- Proven 360° recruitment and business development skills
