Senior Recruitment Consultant

This is a senior-level position within our recruitment consultancy, PRA. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for leading the recruitment process for our clients, building long-term relationships with clients and candidates, and developing revenue streams through the placement of permanent candidates.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of clients and candidates, providing a professional and effective service to both parties.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet client needs and achieve business objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop revenue streams.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, ensuring that our recruitment strategies are aligned with the latest market conditions.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in recruitment or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Knowledge of and ability to utilize leading-edge recruitment tools and technologies.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results and achieving business objectives.
