The Role

We work with high-profile clients across various sectors, including tech, innovation, professional services, start-ups, customer service, and administration. As a Senior / Principal Recruitment Consultant, you will drive business development to bring in new clients and lead a team of high-performing consultants to design and deliver bespoke talent strategies and recruitment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive business development to bring in new clients

Requirements

  • Prior experience in 360 recruitment, talent acquisition, or headhunting
  • Strong track record in business development and building a meaningful network
  • Significant drive and ambition
  • Stakeholder management and relationship building skills

  • A consultative, solutions-driven approach
  • A natural collaborator who can listen and retain information
