Job Overview

The Regional Training Manager will be responsible for delivering training and development solutions to our retail stores in VIC/TAS. This role is part of the wider Retail Support team and reports into the State Director VIC/TAS.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide training and develop the capability of approximately 25 stores across Victoria

• Deliver regional training via a range of workshops, store visits and on-line learning interventions

• Build relationships, mentor, coach and inspire teams to drive retail performance

Requirements

• Retail management experience with a passion for coaching and developing capability

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to design and deliver training material to small and large audiences

• Commitment to customer service with experience in the creation of end-to-end initiatives to expand capability and engagement
