Job Title: Team Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Team Leader at our organization.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating revenue through cruise bookings and packages.
  • They will also ensure that Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met, meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivating and maintaining client relationships through excellent customer service and support.
  • Ensuring that KPIs are met, meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets by upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Handling walk-in, email, and telephone inquiries efficiently and accurately.
  • Maximizing sales opportunities by identifying and capitalizing on new business ventures.
  • Maintaining accurate and comprehensive product information to deliver exceptional sales results.

About You:

  • Proven experience working in a customer-facing environment with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in the retail or wholesale industry, preferably in the Cruise or Travel sector.
  • Proficiency in using GDS systems.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, adept problem-solving skills, and ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Ambitious, highly motivated, and skilled in organizing tasks efficiently.
