Leadership Position

We are seeking a highly experienced senior accountant to assume a leadership role within our team. This position presents an exceptional opportunity for professional growth and development, enabling you to effectively manage workflow, collaborate closely with directors and senior team members, and hone your leadership skills.

This hands-on client-facing role demands delivering exceptional client service, prioritizing quality and understanding client needs. Directors and managers will provide support in delivering work across a complex and diverse client base.

Main Responsibilities
  • Utilize technical expertise in accounting and tax to deliver comprehensive reports, statements, tax returns, and reconciliations for companies, partnerships, and trusts.
  • Produce monthly management reports and create logical and accurate working papers.
  • Manage the team's workflow proactively.
  • Provide clear expectations and outcomes to team members.
  • Delegate tasks and offer support and guidance to ensure team members develop and thrive in their roles.
Essential Qualifications
  • Relevant tertiary and postgraduate qualification/certification.
  • A warm and inclusive leadership style that brings out the best in your team, with proven experience in coaching and development.
  • Experience as a Senior Accountant in a professional services environment, preferably with corporate client exposure.
  • Dynamism and flexibility in approach.
  • An eagerness to learn and be ambitious for yourself, your team, and the organization.
