**Role Overview**:

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and achieving business objectives in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.

You will work closely with your Store Manager to develop strategies that maximize sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain excellent store presentation.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a passion for retail, and the ability to motivate and coach a team to achieve exceptional results.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and meet sales targets
  • Maintain excellent store presentation, including visual merchandising and stock levels
  • Coach and mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Manage store operations, including wage costs, inventory management, and loss prevention
  • Foster strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience as a senior sales assistant, key holder, or supervisor
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and meet targets
