About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner to lead our team in providing evidence-based psychological services in the community. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading by example, modelling a small caseload of clients, and meeting with individual team members weekly to support them in achieving their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Behaviour Support Practitioners in providing high-quality services to clients
  • Develop and implement action plans to improve team performance and compliance
  • Facilitate team meetings and provide guidance and support to team members
  • Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure integrated care for clients
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, families, and other stakeholders

About You:

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in Behaviour Support
  • Understanding of restrictive practices and ability to manage a large caseload
  • Accredited/certified as Proficient or above with the NDIS Commission
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
