We are seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our team at Northcott. As an Advanced Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will provide supervision and support to our Behaviour Support Practitioners, deliver Person-Centred Behaviour Support to a complex caseload, and contribute to the development of our Behaviour Support training programs.

  • Passion for Capacity Building
  • Ability to Manage a Diverse Caseload
  • Confidence in Using New Technologies
  • Eligibility to Work as an NDIS Commission Approved Advanced Practitioner
  • Tertiary Qualification in a Relevant Field
  • Current Driver's License
