Schedule Development and Control

As a seasoned Project Controls Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving the Program of Works forward. Reporting to the Project Controls Manager, you will be responsible for developing estimates and fully resourced P6 schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining fully resourced P6 schedules for the Program of Works.
  • Leading strategic procedural changes regarding schedule development and maintenance, progress measurement, and reporting.
  • Liaising closely with the Project and Program Managers for all Estimating and Scheduling matters.
  • Developing and integrating project coding across all schedule and estimating artefacts.
  • Constructing and maintaining an integrated scheduling resource model to enable workforce utilisation analysis and availability constraints.

You will be a natural leader, with high-level management skills and a proven track record of success in leading teams in a portfolio environment. A tertiary qualification in Engineering or Construction is desirable, and you will have at least 5 years' experience in a similar role on large-scale projects or programs.

Requirements:

  • A high level of leadership and management skills, particularly in relation to leading effective teams in a portfolio environment.
  • Broad experience of project and program scheduling experience utilising Primavera P6.
  • Broad understanding of estimating processes on large-scale Capital Programs.
  • Ability to develop and lead strategic change initiatives to drive process improvement.
