About the Role

The project involves transition/consolidation of existing programs and both operational and system changes that impact a wide range of agencies. Key responsibilities include ensuring project scope is appropriately defined, facilitating daily stand-ups and scrum activities, actively supporting delivery of the program of work, developing and managing a detailed project plan, creating and maintaining a project budget, and operating under the guidance of the Program Management Office.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 10+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager working across Government and commercial clients
  • Experience in contributing to change programs, preferably within the context of human resources or business improvement initiatives
  • Demonstrated experience leading large and complex business projects
  • Extensive experience in facilitation of workshops and activities support clear communication and project outcomes
  • Strong written and oral communication skills including communicating with Project Boards and Executives
  • Knowledge of both agile and traditional waterfall project management principles and practices
