The successful candidate will be a dynamic leader, skilled in team development, operational management, and achieving business growth within a regulated industry.

  • Key Responsibilities include ensuring customer-focused care, maintaining compliance with quality standards, fostering positive relationships, and leading a motivated team.
  • You will also consult with corporate services to formulate and monitor budgets, ensuring financial resources are managed effectively.
  • Participate in risk assessment, hazard control activities, and fire safety programs.

Requirements include a qualification in business, leadership, or clinical fields, including current registration (if applicable).

  • Leadership skills with the ability to facilitate change.
  • Experience in business planning, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Proficiency in information management systems for reporting and decision-making.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Satisfactory completion of relevant key personnel checks.
