About Juniper Numbala Nunga

This aged care home in Derby, Western Australia, provides compassionate and culturally respectful care for up to 43 residents. The facility is designed to remain connected to the local culture and meet the diverse needs of the community.

Our Residential Manager will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and guiding a passionate team at our well-established Juniper Numbala Nunga. This is an opportunity to lead a dedicated team and make a positive impact on the lives of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualised care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Maintain compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards.
  • Foster positive relationships with residents, their representatives, and other stakeholders.
  • Lead, manage, and develop a motivated, kind, and compassionate team.
  • Consult with corporate services to formulate, allocate, and monitor budgets.
  • Ensure roster costs, income, and expenses are managed within budget.
  • Identify necessary changes and manage transitions within areas of responsibility.
Requirements:
  • A qualification in business, leadership, or clinical fields, including current registration (if applicable).
  • Working knowledge of the Quality Aged Care Standards.
  • Leadership and people management skills with the ability to facilitate change.
  • Experience in business and financial plan development, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Proficiency in information management systems for reporting and decision-making.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Satisfactory passing of relevant key personnel checks.
