About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Carer to join our team on a permanent part-time basis, working 50 hours per fortnight. As a Carer, you'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with your residents and understand their needs and preferences.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing person-centered care in accordance with care plans
  • Assisting with medication and simple wound dressing
  • Supporting residents with activities under supervision
  • Working collaboratively with residents to continue doing the things they love

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support or willingness to complete
  • A natural ability to listen and understand people's needs
  • Compassion-driven care skills and a positive attitude that motivates others
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
